The Scheme Manager reviews each request and decides whether to offer help.

You must submit claims within specific timeframes – usually 30 to 60 days, depending on the situation.

Your Dental Plan must be active at the time of the incident.

Claim deadlines

Emergency Call Out: Within 30 days (outside 8am–6pm weekdays only)

Dental Accident: Treatment within 7 days; submit claim within 30 days (60 if abroad)

Emergency Away from Home: Within 30 days (60 if abroad)

Mouth Cancer or Hospital Admission: Within 60 days of diagnosis/admission
