Plan4Health operates within the dental and healthcare sector, providing membership plans. We are headquartered in Caernarfon, with operations spanning the UK and Ireland. Our supply chain is national, sourcing materials and services from suppliers across England and Wales.

To ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business, we have developed and implemented several key policies:
